Five Year Strategy
Sustainable Land Development & Community Center Revitalization
This 5-year strategy outlines a sustainable approach to land development and the reconstruction of the Sam Langford Community Center in Weymouth Falls. The plans core objective is to foster a self-reliant community that promotes health and environmental conservation.
Year 1: Foundational Setup for Sustainability
Stage 1: Land Preparation

we will begin by clearing the site, setting appropriate land levels and creating a firm base for future structures like eco-friendly cottages, walking paths and other facilities.
Stage 2: Cottage Building

the construction of energy efficient eco-friendly cottages will be carried out, utilizing sustainable materials and methods in line with our commitment to environmental protection.
Stage 3: Walking Trails

walking paths will be established throughout the area granting residents easy access to all amenities and encouraging physical activity
Stage 4: Natural Playground

an environmentally friendly playground will be built using sustainable materials, ensuring a safe and engaging space for children.
Stage 5: Agricultural Structures

a greenhouse and hoop house will be setup to cultivate fruits and vegetables all year round, reducing dependence on external food suppliers.
Year 2: Enhancement of Community Sustainability
Stage 6: Community Garden

a community garden will be established, providing residents the opportunity to grow their own produce. This encourages collaborative efforts while fostering a culture of self-reliance and sustainability.
Stage 7: Small Farm

a small farm will be initiated for raising chickens and pigs. This promotes a local, sustainable food source and provides organic fertilizer for the communal garden.
